PERSONAS & AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT

I led an internal initiative to develop personas for key users, which included several members of the community pharmacy staff with varying motivations and behaviors. The finished product helped new and existing employees, from engineers to sales reps, better understand and connect with our users.

I researched and developed a psychology-based persona for “mother runners” with UX research techniques of interviewing, thematic analysis, social listening, and experience mapping to build a persona-based engagement strategy.
