Artificial intelligence (AI) has entered a new era of generating original text, images, music, and more. I study people’s cognitive and emotional responses to AI-generated content and perceptions of AI as a creative entity.

Using adult learning theories, I help organizations create an engaging and effective online education ecosystem that brings together marketing content with documentation, self-paced courses, and instructor-led training.

I help organizations discover their brand archetype, making them easily accessible and relatable to their target audience. The brand archetype then informs the brand messaging and imagery.

Stories evolved as an effective way of sharing social information because they match the brain’s natural thinking mode. Beyond helping brands tell better stories, I study how people relate to fictional media characters and their real-life actors.

I research and develop personas that capture the underlying motivations of a target audience. Using brain-based messaging strategies, I develop marketing campaigns and satisfying customer journeys for the personas.
UX Design
Leveraging personas and the science of human attention, perception, and memory, I help organizations develop digital experiences for their websites and software products that activate, engage, and retain users.
